Need to register?

With an active connection, your gateway administrator or the SF support desk can provide a Gateway ID and password, to register new accounts.

Latest Enhancements 

We have upgraded some account functionality. This affects the strength, reset and expiry of passwords. If you have any problems logging in, please contact support.

Service Operating Hours

The services and support desk are available Monday to Friday on the following times:

• Simulator and SimGUI available from 5.30am to 8.30pm.

• Support desk available from 8.30am to 17.30pm.

• Extended hours available on request

The service is closed on all UK Public Holidays.
