Normal Operating Hours

The services and support desk are available Monday to Friday on the following times:

• Simulator and SimGUI available from 5.30am to 8.30pm.

• Support desk available from 8.30am to 17.30pm.

The service is closed on all UK Public Holidays with extended hours available on request.
