Forgotten Gateway ID or Password?

Need to register?

With an active connection, your gateway administrator or the SF support desk can provide a Gateway ID and password, to register new accounts.

Normal Operating Hours

The services and support desk are available Monday to Friday at the following times:

  • Simulator and SimGUI available from 05:30 to 20.30**
  • Support desk available from 08.30 to 17.30

**Note: The times may differ depending on your service package.

Extended hours available on request.

The service is closed on all UK Public Holidays.
